A HOMELESS MAN HAS BEEN CHARGED WITH MURDERING A LAWRENCEVILLE PRESCHOOL TEACHER. GWINNETT COUNTY POLICE SAY RONALD SMITH WAS ARRESTED FRIDAY NIGHT. HE ALLEGEDLY SHOT GENAI COLEMAN AND STOLE HER CAR NEAR GWINNETT PLACE MALL IN JULY 2008. SMITH IS BEING HELD WITHOUT BOND.
