Deal Delays Congressional Exit
Hall County Congressman Nathan Deal delays his pending resignation: Republican Deal had intended to leave Congress on Monday; instead, he says today, he'll stay on through the end of the month, doing so to be in a position to vote against President Obama's plans for health care reform. Deal is leaving Capitol Hill to focus full-time on his campaign for the Governor's office.
