Jefferson Council Tackles Massage Parlor Ordinance

A special called session of the Jefferson City Council is on tap for this evening: its starts at 6 o'clock at the Jefferson Civic Center. Council members are working on an ordinance to regulate massage parlors that operate in Jefferson.
