Maryland Suspect Arrested in NE Ga

Police in Maryland say a man who bludgeoned his wife with a hammer has been arrested in Franklin County: 33 year-old Anthony Soligny was pulled over sheriff's deputies on I-85 near Lavonia Wednesday afternoon. He's facing an attempted murder charge in New Windsor Maryland.
